  • A 1-hour minimum is applicable for point to point transfer from/to most central Austin, and downtown. Stops in addition to point transfers are billed in 30-minute increments, and our fuel is billed on an hourly basis. Other minimums will apply for outside our normal operating area, selected vehicle types, as well as for holidays and special events in the Austin area.
  • We cater to our clientele on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. If you require transportation services on a specific date, time, or for a special event for groups, we highly recommend that you make your reservation far in advance. Please note that a deposit will required in some instances to protect our bottom line as a business.
  • Absolutely NOT!  We do not allow smoking of cigarettes, illegal substances, hooka, etc in our luxury vehicles. If this policy is violated, we will charge a $500 cleaning fee, and you will be banned from utilizing our services in the future.
  • Unfortunately we cannot due to Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commision (TABC) rules and regulations. We do not possess a liquor license, so we cannot supply any alcohol of any type. You are more than welcome to bring your own beverages with you in your vehicle. Please consult with us if you are thinking of bringing a large cooler, etc. Make sure you have exact measurements so that it can be compared to our interior measurements of our vehicles.
  • Our cancellation policy on SUV’s and sedan’s is 24 hours. On limo/party buses, it is a 21 day notice minimum to not loose your deposit.
  • We have a mandatory 20% chauffeur service fee is accounted for in our inclusive pricing. Well paid employees make happy employees – with good living wages – that translates into great service for you the customer.

    If you believe services rendered do not warrant such gratuity, we want to know. At Lux Line Transportation, we take pride in being the best in the business, and your feedback is always welcome.

  • The recommended arrival time for domestic flights is 2 hours before your flight and 3 hours for international flights.
  • Our chauffeurs routinely arrive on location 15 minutes before scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please call our Dispatch Agents at (512)866-1128 for assistance.
  • The inclusive rate you were quoted was based on the information provided at the time your reservation was made. Additional charges can result from changes to your service during your trip, such as; extra stops, waiting time, or extending the duration of your charter. If you do not feel that you had any additional services, please call us at (512)886-1128 to review your charges.
  • At the time of pickup, the customer must present the same credit card or debit card that was provided to Lux Line Transportation at the time of reservation. In addition, the customer must provide the chauffeur with one of the following forms of photo identification:

    1. Driver’s license
    2. Government issued identification card, or
    3. Government issued passport.

    If the customer is present in the vehicle at the time of pickup, the chauffeur will make an imprinted copy of the reservation credit card before commencing the service. Copies of the signed credit card authorization form and photo identification must be sent via DocuSign, or via E-mail to [email protected]

    In the event that the customer will not be present at the service pickup, the customer must submit a signed credit card authorization form, and photocopy of one of the forms of photo identification listed above at the time of reservation. The customer must list the name of an authorized passenger for the service. The authorized passenger must present photo identification to the chauffeur before the service commences.

  • We require a valid credit card and photo identification at the time of booking. An authorization will be placed on your credit card twenty-four to forty-eight hours before your scheduled pickup time. The credit card used to secure the reservation will be charged at the conclusion of service.
  • Yes you can, but just be aware we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. As everyone knows, anything mechanical can and will have downtime due to needed repairs, service, etc. We will supply a vehicle that will be able to accommodate your size of party if we have the availability in our fleet to cover that need, and/or we will also attempt to work through our partners if we have some type of unexpected downtime to fulfill your needs.
  • Black car service is a type of ground transportation that provides luxury and executive vehicles with professional chauffeurs. It is typically used for special occasions, such as weddings, corporate events, and airport transfers. Black car services are known for their high level of service, which includes punctuality, discretion, and attention to detail.   • We absolutely will! You tell us where to take you throughout Austin, or the surround area, we will provide you a quote for your black car service or limo transport to your destination, and back home. You have fun at your multiple stops, or dinner in such places as Fredericksburg… sit back, relax, have some drinks, and don’t worry about having to pay attention to the road, limit your drinks because you have to drive, or drive tired after a heavy meal.
