Expectations of our our contactors:

• You work well with others and with teams – you understand there are more than one way to solve a issue, and you are able to mediate situations and handle situations calmly with other team members, customers, and your management.
• You are able to lift up to 75lbs without assistance, and will ALWAYS load baggage for customers carefully!
• Keep their work vehicle clean and tidy.
• Are punctual and dependable.
• Act professionally at all times in front of customers. (which may include celebrities, heads of companies, etc)
• Follow our dress code.
• Follow our conversation guidelines set forth in our contractor handbook.
• Know that at any time that they may have to submit to a drug test.
• Communicate well to customers and main office through text, phone calls or emails.
• Will document and communicate to main office when issues with a vehicle occur, each and every time.
